If you need to talk to someone from our team you have three options:

• Contact us by clicking on the icon () in the bottom right corner once you've logged in.
• Send us an email hello@support.mybooktower.com.
• Use the link on the Dashboard to join our Discord.
  

How to Delete your Account

To delete your account on the Website:

1. Select Account on your navigation bar.
2. Select Settings from the dropdown.
3. Select the Delete Account tab from the options.
4. Press the Delete Account Button.

To delete your account on the App:

1. Select the Settings tab on the bottom.
2. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete.
3. Select the Delete My Account Permanently button.

Once you delete your account, all your data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered. This action is irreversible.

How can I delete content from my account?

Any content that you add to your Booktower Account can be deleted using the prominently placed Delete buttons. If you need help deleting something, you can contact our team for help.
